Are your products new or second hand?

Our products are genuinely new and we DO NOT sell second hand products.

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

Yes, you can cancel your order at least 24 hours before delivery.

Can I pick up the item instead of having it delivered?

Yes, you can pick it up from our office from 9 am – 6 pm. Our office is located here.

Our customer service will call once it is ready for pick up.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive an invoice via email once your order has been sent out to you.

You may also view on your customer account  all your order information and previous transactions. PDF format can also be downloaded.

How do I know if the item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “out of stock” is indicated. However, we still advise you to send us an inquiry first through whatsapp @ +974 3060 9944 before placing your order.

 

How do I place my order?

Once you have finished adding the items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you may now proceed to check out button. You will be then transferred to a page where you have to fill in your order information such as name, email address, shipping & payment method. 

Once completed, you may now click the “place your order button”.

Is your website fake?

Believe it or not we are REAL and we are here in Qatar. Proudly, we are one of the incubated companies of the Ministry of Transport & Communications – Digital Incubation Centre which aims to harness emerging technologies to create innovative products, solutions or services that will contribute to Qatar’s digital economy.

What are the delivery charges?

We have a fixed delivery rate charge of Qr 29 and we can deliver anywhere in Qatar.

Pick up from our office is Free of charge.

When will I get my product after I place an order?

Our standard delivery timeline is 0 – 3 days. You will be contacted by our customer service to inform you that your order is ready for delivery or pick up.

You will also be contacted by our delivery personnel once on the way.

Where is your shop?

We do not have a physical shop. We are online shop. Basically, we work by orders. So once your order has been placed, only then we will prepare. Once prepared, we will call you either for delivery or for pick up.

All our products are from legitimate local distributor who are       compliant with  the laws and regulations of the the country.

Some of our partners such as INTERTEC, STARINK, SALAM can accommodate customers directly to claim their warranty. Although other partners still prefer our service for any customer service issue.
